Milk burned into pan

Is there a special cleaning product that will remove burnt milk from the base of a pan ? As usual hubby left the milk to overflow and now as usual the pan has milk burned into its base. Anyone know if there is anything very effective at removing it ? Thank you.

Boil it with some bio washing powder and then water. It should lift off easily

Try filling the pan with boiling water and a dishwasher tablet. Cover with a lid and leave for half an hour. I'm not sure if it'll work on milk but it does with scrambled egg.

Tell him to use salt and vinegar, leave for a while, then use a metal scourer.

Heat up coke in the pan, a Kim and Aggie trick I saw once that definitely works.

Dishwasher tablet

Barman's Friend is also a good product. Works wonders on sprucing up the bottom of pans as well, makes them look like new

Have you tried whether it comes out clean from the dishwasher (if you have one?).

Tomato sauce. Leave for ages
