Any hairdressers who can give me some urgent advice?

Hi

I wear tape hair extensions and get them refitted every 6 weeks. I was due a refit tomorrow but I now have to self isolate for 12 weeks.

My hairdresser is not giving me advice on how to remove them and is saying only she can do it and to go in either now or straight after and just be careful with them until then. They are already grown out 6 weeks worth and could damage my hair left in that much longer. I cannot risk leaving my house.

I’m not a hairdresser but there look to be a lot of videos on YouTube showing you how to remove tape extensions. Have you checked any of them out?

I wear tape extensions, I fit them myself.

Plenty of videos online.

I find it really easy. They probably aren’t as perfect as a hairdresser would do, but they look good to me.

Sorry - don’t have any advice but I’m glad you’re ignoring your hairdressers suggestion to go to her.
