In keeping sane with social distancing / isolation in incorporating an hour of exercise into my morning.

Can anyone recommended a good beginners yoga that's more than just one basic pose after another (so actually working out) and maybe a bums and tums style class? Or something that builds up over time like couch to 5k?

Anyone want to join me?!

Yoga with Adriene is great, and has all levels.
