Toddler entertainment ideas

Any ideas for how to entertain a demanding toddler? 😅

I usually take DS (20 months) to various groups and classes but they’re all cancelled at the moment. We only have a small back yard and he’s bored of all his toys we have in the house. He doesn’t really play by himself and looks to me to entertain him but I’m at a loss at the moment! Thanks.

Mine is two months older but loves playdoh, splashing in water, dirt, building towers, pretending she can draw and watching Peppa Pig/Mr Tumble. We also play picnic with fake food which she enjoys pretending to eat.

I just ordered a chad valley water and sand table from Argos (sand separately £5 on there too) to keep my dd entertained and have fun with
Obviously there are the usual things, painting drawing .. arts and crafts (if u have any)
Make Mother's Day cards?
Build a den? GrinGrin
Make some cakes 🧁?
I have a 19 month old dd I understand the struggle Grin

The tickle fingers toddler cookbook is good for recipes, or anywhere online to be fair. We also put nursery rhymes on YouTube and do pretend baby classes!
