This weekend sees a significant anniversary of a loss to me. Many many months ago we made plans which would hopefully focus my mind elsewhere for a few hours.

Clearly these sporting/dining plans have to be cancelled.

There is a thought that my dh and I may head to a beach somewhere and find some clear air to breath. Does this count as non essential travel? Me and him in a car, going somewhere which will be fairly deserted WWYD?

I've read it's fine to go out where there aren't a lot of people around. I'd still go and I'm planning on taking DCs for a walk somewhere on Sunday. Just not going where there are a lot of people.
