Boring thread alert - recommend me a washer please?

Thinking I may need to get a new washer as current one playing up.

I'm in a flat so needs to be quiet so as not to bug neighbours, plus this one quite shaky and travels! Which I think is part of the problem.

Also needs to cope well with decent size loads at times, a load being washed more than once, have a rinse only cycle that's easy to use and cope well with max detergent use which again this one seems not to like.

I'm not interested in fancy gimmicks as I think that just means more can go wrong.

AO is WONDERFUL. Wouldn't use anyone else, their customer service is exemplary

Can't be worse than current people that's for sure!

But the drawer?

I'm no expert but I'd say you can't use it like that, water rushes into the drawer so would pour out of the front? I think!

I've had an LG for a few months now. It has Quiet Mark status and is so quiet I barely realise it is on. 10.5kg drum and 1400 spin suits my family of 5.

LG direct drive are quiet and a good washer

I think it's just the fascia that's come off? Drawer still stuck fast inside the machine
