I'm usually a reader rather than a writer on here, but I'm so annoyed I just had to moan to someone!
I was part of the group on here that trialled O2 Family Plan and after a few hiccups initially I've been using since . However, just upgraded mine and daughters contracts only to find that the discount has now dropped from 20% 30% and 40% discounts to 10, 20, 30% - so now costing me more! With no notification from O2 , when I've called O2 to question , I had a very rude lady telling me that it's a perk , so they don't have to inform of changes, they could cancel it at anytime and as I'm in a 12 month sim only contract , I cannot leave without paying a penalty!
I just wanted to make anyone else out there that's on this plan , aware of this change . Would love to leave o2 at this moment as I thinks it's disgusting .
