Early acne - 8 year old

My very-soon-to-be 8 year old is developing early signs of acne. Smattering of small whiteheads across her nose and forehead with occasional breakout of bigger red spots. She washes her face twice a day with Simple face wash and we wet wipe too where we can. She shows no other signs of early puberty.

Can anyone recommend an appropriate face wash for someone her age that may target this more effectively please? Or any other recommendations to combat this? It’s come on over the last few months but I think it’s getting worse.

My DD uses Clean and Clear sensitive toner and then Clean and Clear moisturiser afterwards. Seems to be helping a lot.

Thanks! Is she about the same age? I’m worried some products that suit teens or even tweens may be too strong for her skin

She's 10. It seems fairly mild and no problems/side effects.
