No gym for a while - can anyone recommend any free workout apps for the unco-ordinated?

I have been going to the gym for the last few months and have been proud that I have stuck with it. And now I can't go.

What is every one else going to be doing? I can't run due to some health issues I have so I was looking for some good online work outs- short ones that don't involve fancy moves. I am going to do the Shred as I know that works for me but I want to mix it up a bit too.

Thank you Smile

FitnessBlender on YouTube, also Popsugar and Relentless Jake

Less Mills Online is a subscription service ,but you get a month's free trial and access to hundreds of workouts.

Try the Joe Wicks hiit workouts in YouTube. There's quite a few different ones from beginners to advanced.

I think most of them last 30 minutes and they definitely get your heart rate up!

Jillian Michaels. She has some free 7 minute daily workouts currently and has discounted her annual subscription.

I’m using Aaptiv (been using it for a few months now) and they’ve just announced today they have released a selection audio classes on apple podcasts. I’m unfit, overweight and famously hate gyms and even I am enjoying the workouts and losing weight with them.

I can send you a free pass to the full app if you like, just send me a PM.

Thank you @icebearforpresident. That is so kind of you. I will need to check with dp to see if I can use his iPad and I will pm you shortly Smile

Down Dog is excellent for yoga. I like Studio Sweat for spin and I think they do other classes (I only do the free you tube ones).
