Argh! Washer leaking Currys being difficult

I bought several white goods

Washer leaking badly, noisy and shaking badly and was only repaired back end of last year and it's the same problem.

Been on phone to Currys/reps almost an hour trying to get a repair organised.

At first went through usual channels and ended up speaking with man at manufacturers who went into a while up selling spiel regarding a washing machine cleaning product - NOT what I called for! Earliest date he could offer for repair was wed next week! I've taken that booking but said I'll take a cancellation.

I'm running low on clean clothes and am extremely stressed. (As if I wasn't already with everything else that's going on!)

He refused to pass me to anyone more senior and I got frustrated and ended the call.

Tried to call Currys to discuss the matter with them direct which is proving almost impossible!

First person I spoke to was apparently in the wrong team even though I'd selected all appropriate options on menus.

He also said my care plan had been cancelled which it definitely hadn't I'm certainly still paying for the damn thing!

Got bounced all over the place by Currys and the manufacturers!

At this point I'm being advised to await the repair chap coming and I'm going to have to order some new clothes so I've got clean clothes!

Any advice or even just support and commiseration would be so greatly appreciated right now.

This is what's finally pushed me into breaking down in tears after everything else I've been stressing about with current events I'm at the end of my tether!!

Take a deep breath!

It will be okay.

You have an appointment, next Wednesday is not that long away.

Is there a laundrette near you for the meantime? Or a laundry collection service? If so, use them, if not, hand wash essentials.

And be kind to customer service people, it's not their fault.

I have ocd and am housebound and wouldn't trust a laundry service to be quite honest.

I know not customer service people's fault but I am getting annoyed they are using the opportunity to try and sell me stuff.

I'm trying to breathe and stay calm but each day it's getting harder and harder.

Which machines would mners recommend?

I only do maybe 3 loads a week so hardly excessive use. I'm in a flat if that makes a difference.

I must admit i do generally tend to use a little more detergent than most although I've cut back to the recommended dosage but wash loads more than once on occasion.
