Is there one for your area/town/village, local Church or school? Ask surgery or chemist if they deliver?

isol8 · 16/03/2020 15:50

I usually get my prescriptions delivered but I need this one the same day. I'll ask the gp though

Many local pharmacies will deliver prescriptions and if they do not have the latest prescription, will give you a small supply of drugs on repeat.

I understand it is difficult if you are isolating but do you have a car? You could go in the car, straight in and straight out.

Maybe someone else can collect for you.

It's such a difficult time but we have to do what we have to do.

Good luck.

Lots of mutual aid groups being set up..try searching your town/city + mutual aid on Facebook, loads happening where I am to support people xx

@Lynda07 the thing is I need it on the same day otherwise I'd get it delivered by my online pharmacy.
I don't drive unfortunately so would have to take bus/ tube and have little/ no support so no one to collect.
Thank you though

@isol8 if you struggle come back and tell us roughly where you are and I'm sure someone can help :) x

Sorry not to be of much help, iso. How much would a cab cost, there and back, could you afford that?
