Children's Construction Set

I'm looking to get my almost 4 year old DD a construction set for her birthday as she is really into cars.

It would need to be one without small pieces as she has fine motor skills issues, but I would like it to have a manual screwdriver.

I would also like to to actually be able to build something basic with it rather than just attaching a piece of wood (or plastic) to a toolkit box type of thing.

Are there any construction set that you would recommend that fit my criteria?

I prefer the type of the one in the second link. It's just a shame it doesn't use a screwdriver.
