Does anyone speak bosnian please?

My neighbours are from Bosnia.

They are elderly.

They don't speak much English.

Could someone please help me write a note to say if they need any help, medico E or shopping. Prescriptions picked up or anything to please let me know

Google translate is pretty darn good, You can choose Croatian if Bosnian not in there.

Is there such a thing as Bosnian? I thought they spoke Serbo-Croat, but happy to be corrected!
