What do you all buy from amazon?
I’ve had amazon prime for years now, none of my friends see the point in it (all happy to use mine though)
Last thing I purchased was a car seat, purchases haven’t been very exciting since Christmas

Pretty much everything I can't be bothered to go to the shops for; cleaning products, random bits of baby stuff, most recently a European driving kit for our now cancelled holiday which I'll be returning!

Toria70 · 15/03/2020 12:17

Pretty much everything and anything. Lots of stuff for the dogs (food, shampoo, leads, collars etc), cat food, toiletries, books, gifts. My DDs use it pretty much daily to be honest. I do feel we get our monies worth of the 7.99, as I use Kindle Prime reading, the TV streaming and the music.

Anything and everything. It's (too) easy to buy things. I think we have an Amazon delivery most days 😳

My last few purchases....
Cat biscuits
Peanut butter
Swimming trunks for DS
Birthday cards
School socks for DD
Shoe horn
World map

Quite a busy week this week!

couchparsnip · 15/03/2020 12:22

Hopefully you aren't from Amazon market research.

I bought a book this week and a new guide uniform for DD.

couchparsnip · 15/03/2020 12:23

I meant to put a Grin after my first sentence. Blush

LastTrainEast · 15/03/2020 12:23

Even household stuff that's hard to get in Tesco sometimes though it won't replace a proper food shop yet.

I've started paying for a gift card balance monthly as it's easier to note that one large sum a month has has been taken than checking dozens of small items to see which are still pending.

There doesn't seem to be a downside unless it makes me spend even more.

dappledsunshine · 15/03/2020 12:25

Loads....

Last month alone I've ordered diffuser oils, make up bag, body cream, batteries, light bulbs, cat food, cough medicine, printer paper, new pe bag for DS, mouthwash, hair bands, resistance bands for yoga..... I could go on and on.

I do pretty much avoid actual physical shopping though so amazon is my go to first and I only look elsewhere if I can't find what I need or it's not reasonably priced.

Lucked · 15/03/2020 12:26

Last purchase was new baking tins, cream DH likes for his eczema and hair accessories for DD. Almost all the kids presents are bought there although I do price comparisons first.

BiteyShark · 15/03/2020 12:28

Anything from plumbing, cleaning, dog food, household gadgets, clothing and more. If I want to buy anything I look on amazon to see if it's cheaper and easier to get than going to a shop or ordering direct.

mnahmnah · 15/03/2020 12:31

I get a lot of my skincare on there for half the price. Saves me going to Boots too. But lots of household stuff - kids lunchbox, digital thermometer probe covers, lithium batteries etc. Random things that you can’t find easily in shops or won’t be able to get there in enough time.

IceCreamAndCandyfloss · 15/03/2020 13:08

Most things, love the convenience and the service is always amazing. I have Prime so everything arrives fast and we get the tv aspect.

Inextremis · 15/03/2020 13:14

Recent purchases:

Birthday card
Knife sharpener
Vegetable peeler
Charger for camera batteries
Flexible joint pills for dogs
Baking tray
6 plain white plates
Balls for dogs
Pastry brush
Electric blanket
Egg timer
Coils for vaping
Numerous books and audiobooks
Bubble wrap
Stand 'n pour freezer bags

I could go on, and on, and on!

CatBatCat · 15/03/2020 13:18

Just checked my account, last thing I bought was a roll of not slip matting in July 2018.

user1485461206 · 15/03/2020 14:14

Nope, I’m a regular poster, who buys too much rubbish from amazon and works in an office (non amazon related office)

Toys, books, earrings, hair products, replacement remote controls

TwoZeroTwoZero · 15/03/2020 15:06

Anything that I can't get in the shops that are local to me. Recently (over the last few months) I've bought:
Phone case and screen protectors
Super chunky yarn
A massive pack of parma violets
Veggie jerky
A scented bouncy ball on a rope
A bike pump
A Bluetooth headphone/sleep mask
Some paper hole punch things of different shapes
Some starflower oil on repeat
A tesco value mothers day card and a tesco value wine label

Everything. Love Amazon
