Help me name my cat

We have just adopted a handsome boy from the cats protection rescue centre. He is currently called Storm which I’m not keen on but I’m struggling to the of a name that suits him. Any ideas please?

My late black and white was called Troy, his brother was Barnaby after characters in Midsomer Murders.

I saw him on the adoption page and thought he looked like a lovely lad! I look regularly as I volunteer at another centre and wonder if we'll get any of them.
I like proper bloke names for the boys with the big heads-Dave, Barry, Mickey etc

Lovely cat. He looks very settled.
I like Jeeves because he looks like he's got a little dickie bow under his nose.

He looks like a Monty to me.

I’m getting a Clarence vibe. He definitely needs a proper name - he’s far more dignified than your average moggy.

I love his curly tail and agree with pp saying Claudius or Clarence.

Thank you for all your suggestions. I have read the list to him but he decided to have a snooze halfway through. I think he might be a Humbug. Will give it some more thought though.

He brought the lovely crocheted blanket with him from the cat centre! It is really lovely and must have taken someone ages.
