How do I hide a section

I have to stop in for the week with a cough and I'm getting too stressed reading about it all.
I need to hide the whole topic but I use the website and can't find where to.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please

There's a guide in the 'site stuff' board. Won't make any difference to all the threads about it being posted on other boards though. I blocked it a few days ago and am still seeing loads.

Hopefully the rogue threads will be less than the entire topic

I blocked it this evening too as every topic was it.
Getting annoyed with people posting in the wrong section now.
Had to log into the desktop version but it's blocked it on the app too.

I thought you meant hiding a c section scar in a bikini!
