Quorn picnic eggs

Does anyone know why these cannot be frozen? The packet says not to. My daughter eats about 4 and then the rest of the packet goes to waste. Would it be because of the egg in them? Can hard boiled egg be frozen and then defrosted and eaten without cooking? Thank you.

Must be the egg middle ?
I'd imagine they'd fall apart too .
I had these a couple of times , ok but too herby for me .

It will still be safe to eat - I reckon it won't keep it's shape/texture once defrosted.

I've frozen these before. Totally fine to eat once defrosted and no change to texture. No food poisoning either!

We freeze too for the same reason. I think it's just in case the quality suffers?

They want you to throw them away and buy more. If you're not able to get through them by the use by date, you might as well give freezing a go, as you've nothing to lose. Also make sure you look for the longest use by date, wrap well once open and ignore any 'use within X days of opening' rubbish.
