British citizenship test- ideas for gift box...

My friend has just passed his British citizenship test- I want to put a package together with some different British things in it- any suggestions- happy with humour / tongue in cheekideas too.....

A book of local sayings if you can find one
Union Jack underpants / vest
Hideous royal family souvenir - tackier the better

Bottle of beer, tea, M&S socks to wear with sandals, lottery ticket or scratch card, Mini (car) key ring, airfix Spitfire or model, Fawlty Towers DVD.
