Is Ocado broken?

App and site wont load.Anyone experienced this?

According google temporarily taken off line due to exceptional demand.

I couldn't update my impending delivery most of the week but the delivery did turn up fine last night in the end, and with zero substitutions. They even had toilet roll!

Drop-off protocol has changed slightly, they won't bring your bags in as standard and won't accept used bags back. Also ask you to warn them in advance if you're technically in isolation, all very reasonable. I'm just relieved they turned up!

The ap has been taken down but the website was working earlier today. That said I can’t imagine that many people were placing an order at 6.30 on a Saturday morning.

I managed to update an order on the website at lunchtime but the app has been down for days

I ordered a few days ago, I just wanted to go on and amend it

Funnily enough sainsbos app is labouring when I try to checkout.

I wonder if it is just these things are so busy right now?

Says on the daily fail they’ve taken the app offline as they can’t cope with the demand!

Had to use the desktop site rather than app. No delivery slots for 9 days and then the site kept freezing and had to try and checkout 3 times. Only one email confirmation though so hope I haven't ordered 3 times!
Limiting number of toilet rolls and pasta apparently.

The emailed or texted me to say they had removed the app for the time being. It wasn’t showing my shop that is due to arrive tomorrow and I started to worry that they had cancelled it. I was able to access it through the website and edit my shopping that way.

The app has been taken off line. I’ve found editing in the middle of a working day has been fine, but evenings mad. Glad I booked next weeks slot early now!

It is an unprecedented demand. It’s no wonder the website and app can’t cope.
I’m sure they are trying extremely hard to get things sorted.

I came to ask the same question. I've got loo roll. I just need a normal shop and cba to go to Tesco. 😂

The app’s been wrong for a while but the website works some of the time (depending on traffic I assume)

You just need to keep trying at different times
