I've struggled to work the app or the website link since yesterday...

I haven’t been able to get the app to work since Tuesday.

Website was glitchy, but mostly working up until last night.

Was on the website this morning, but wasn’t working well - I left it a bit, but now can’t get back on.

I haven’t had my Ocado Reserved mail this morning

I had an email to say it's experiencing exceptionally high demand.

It's all the fecking morons panicking about the virus.

Luckily we have a weekly reserved slot and that grabs stock a week ahead.

There's a post on Instagram saying they've taken the app offline because they can't get it to work reliably due to high demand. They suggest you use the website. Which is also not working!

I have a reserved slot too, and haven’t had my reserved mail yet today.

No it's just the posh people panic buying.

I wondered what was going g on too, I have an order I did online but I need to amend it and can't get in the site or the app! Various things I no longer need to want to change it!

Thank you for this. I managed to book an order for a few weeks time through the website.

It is glitchy during the day, but if you can stay awake until 10/11pm it is much better.

Before 8.30 or after 11pm it's much easier to use.

On laptop it seemed OK and certain items like... Loo roll are restricted

got no idea what is coming in tonight's delivery!

The app is down. I managed to access and edit my order for tomorrow at 5.45 am this morning...

I've ordered with Tesco for next week. Much easier.

My reserved email came in overnight/this morning, and I could get on the website at 7am ish to edit.

No regular slots available for over a week currently in my area.

I can’t get on at all. Managed to book a delivery for next Sunday last Thursday, but now can’t edit it so I’m likely to get a small amount of random crap that I just put through the checkout to place mark. Very annoying.

I spent a couple of hours trying to order from them and Waitrose last night and both sites kept crashing.

A random man stopped me in the street yesterday to express his panic because "we're being locked down tomorrow". Testerical he was.

I hadn’t been able to book my usual Friday afternoon slot at any of the supermarkets but have managed to get one for Monday at Morrison’s but the website is a lot glitchy than normal and yesterday when I was adding an item I thought I’d lost my slot altogether but thankfully it recovered I think that’s probably due to the number of people using the site

Wasn't working at all for me all day yesterday so I booked an order with morrisons instead. First available slot was March 30th!

I have just had the delivery I was due later today cancelled.

The app is down indefinitely

Got my delivery fine this morning although I couldn’t get on yesterday during the day to amend it (so will have to fetch my own razors and talc!). Booked a slot for next Monday.
