Too many cannellini beans

Very boring question, but I've just cooked, from dry, a LOT of cannellini beans. I was making a lemony Middle Eastern side dish, and totally miscalculated how much those mothers swell up. So now I have a morass of fairly unappetising, unflavoured beans. What else can I do with them?

Fry up some onion, garlic, chili flakes.
Add sausage meat/ pancetta cubes/ chorizo
Add beans.
Add tomato paste and herbs and some chicken stock
Put in oven dish with sprinkling of mozzarella/ pecorino/ parmesan
Eat with crusty bread for dipping

Tuna & cannellini bean salad or I have with baked salmon & boiled new potatoes drenched in EVOO - had that in Florence & was lovely.

Thanks for all the answers everyone! Sorry i disappeared. I posted, then immediately got lumbered with a massive, boring task from the office.

(I'm currently on post-Rome lockdown so am basically the dumping ground for the admin no one else wants to do)

The white bean hummus and the Fassolada are both good suggestions. Not that the others arent, but as my freezer is full of Corona-friendly food I have no space for basically a kilo of beans!

Cannelini bean mash! with olive oil, sautéed garlic, lemon zest, seasoning. Very good with salmon.

Or in a spicy tomato and pepper sauce - I made that last week and it was really nice. Good with tuna too.

throw into a crockpot with onion, garlic, cumin, brown sugar and molasses. Top with chunks of really scraggy pork ( I use pork butt but any non lean cut will do). cover with tomato juice to the top of the beans and stir everything well then cook for ages toll everything is tender.
BBQ pork and beans, sooo good. I do it with dried beans too, just cook longer
Oh and you can add chili flakes to it for hot and sweet if you want

That sounds utterly delicious, @theoldtrout01876!!
