Walk to Euston Square (5 mins from Euston). Catch the Circle, Hammersmith or Metropolitan line you Liverpool St.

Frankiethree · 11/03/2020 22:46

Northern Line to Moorgate and then change onto Metropolitan/Circle Line. Or a 5 min walk to Euston Square Station and then direct on Met/Circle Line.

TheBitterBoy · 11/03/2020 22:46

I would walk to Euston Square tube which is only a coup!e of minutes and then you have the circle, Hammersmith and city or met line trains which all.go to Liverpool st

Wigeon · 11/03/2020 22:47

Circle is yellow. Hammersmith is pink. Metropolitan is burgundy.

If you can wait for a train with the destination Aldgate from Euston Square - it’s the met line and much emptier than the other 2.

If you want the simplest route, i would take Victoria line south to oxford circus, then the central line east to liverpool street. it might not be the quickest but it would be easy.
walking to euston square isn't difficult but you might not want to do it with luggage or if you feel like you might get lost.
And the Northern line can be confusing as you will want the bank branch, not the charing cross branch.
thh!

cheeseandpineapple · 11/03/2020 22:56

If you go to Euston Square, you need to leave Euston station to access Euston Sq station, it’s not far as people say.

If you take the northern line, you can access that from within Euston station. You can also walk from Moorgate to Liverpool st rather than change lines (about a 5-10 minute walk depending on how fast you walk).

On balance would opt for Euston Sq and take a direct tube to Liverpool St.

georgialondon · 11/03/2020 22:56

Yep to the Euston Square route. This is the quickest and simplest route.

tectonicplates · 11/03/2020 22:59

If you're not used to the tube then you really don't want to get on the Northern Line at Euston - it's very confusing!

Far better to walk five mins to Euston Square, then all Eastbound trains go to Liverpool Street.

SecondaryBurnzzz · 11/03/2020 22:59

Northern line to Moorgate and then walk. It's a short walk and a nice one too via Finsbury Circus. I'd spend as much time as possible above ground if I were you. Or walking to Euston Square as others have said would be second best bet.

Really easy! Euston, on the Northern Line to Moorgate, then it's one stop to Liverpool St

MaliceOrgan · 11/03/2020 23:42

205 bus if the tube doesn't appeal

bluebellforest · 12/03/2020 11:56

Thank you so much everyone!
I have decided to walk to Euston Square, can't be that hard, can it! 😣😙

It's a walk straight along a main road. Practically anyone should be able to give you directions, as so many people walk between the two.

Wigeon · 12/03/2020 16:44

Yes, it’s really not a difficult route, and there are signs at Euston. Go out of the station onto the big long main road outside (Euston Road), don’t cross the road but turn right along the side you’re already on, walk for 5 mins, and the entrance to Euston Sq underground is on your right - it’s a small flight of stairs going down, not a big entrance hall or anything. But with an underground sign at road level.
