My mum has been amazing this year, really helped me out of a slump emotionally and kept me going.
Circumstances mean we properly won't meet up as my stepfather very unwell undergoing cancer treatment and a bit nervous of visitors and germs at the moment. She doesn't drink and doesn't like spa days. She works full time and likes clothes from white company and joules,
I thought maybe a pedicure voucher at a nice salon as she likes a foot rub? It just doesn't seem like enough :( I have about £50 to spend

What about a generic voucher for a salon so she could chose a couple of treatments herself?

I'd like us all to be together, but we all live in different cities so it's probably not going to happen.

A voucher would be lovely. Does she have a local salon that she uses? I have a voucher from my best friend at Christmas that I'm planning on using in the next couple of weeks

I was going to suggest an enormous bunch of white flowers - but she won't be able to have flowers in the house with your sf going through chemo 🙁

Are you good at making stuff? If my adult kids made me something - anything! - I'd be a heap on the floor. In a good way!

I have suggested to my D.C. that I would like either an LED light mask for my skin (they are supposed to improve skin tone and fine lines) or a nice preplanted pot or trough of mixed flowers for the garden. Or a box of the chocolates I like from M&S.

A nice meal cooked for me. Some gin

A card is all I want or need.
