Kermit the frog has a clear regional American accent (Ohio? ) which is adorable. There’s a YouTube cook who talks just like him!

But for silky smooth Shakespearean vocal tones I’d have to choose a female version of Patrick Stewart (“Thissss Inglundd!”).

Karen Carpenter. Hers was so beautiful and expressive.

Sara Cox always sounds like she is smiling. Love her Lanc's accent

My ex had a lovely deep voice and welsh accent, pity his personality wasn't so lovely.
