Anyone not completed public health interview following contagious illness? (Not corona virus related)

I contracted contagious illness whilst in developing country

Completely passed now (weeks ago) and haven’t been contagious for 3 weeks.

My doc notified public health as part of process and public health calling me, left voice mail and want to confirm I’m not a good handler etc.

I keep missing the calls and can’t call them back.

Anyone been in this position and what are the consequences? I want to complete the call but out if my hands!

Doc as confirmed that a tick box exercise given detail of my case (definitely contracted abroad, definitely passed, no longer contagious, didn’t pass on to family, but a food handler job)
