Life admin tasks - points system

Very boring obviously, but I'd like it if you added your thoughts on what certain life admin tasks are worth (minimum is 1 point, maximum 10 points) :

Applying for child's passport : 5
Organising a direct debit of a bill: 4
Planning, booking and reserving a holiday : 10
Organising an activity for a child I. E. Swimming lessons: 3
Tax and insurance on a car: 5

What is the point of this? (Meant in a nice way) life is too short for this surely?
