Can someone talk me down? Worried sick

I’ve had pelvic pain on one side for months now, I thought it was due to my coil needing to be changed but recently I had bleeding after sex. It was in a deep and I was quite dry (sorry if tmi) . Bleeding lasted all day.
I’ve booked a doctors appointment but it’s not for 3 weeks. My mind has jumped to worst case scenarios.
Can anyone help me stay calm or share less worse case outcomes they’ve experienced?
I do have anxiety and the Coronavirus situation isn’t helping either!

I was having bleeding after sex and a lot of pelvic heaviness and pain at certain times of the month and ended up being referred to the gynae who did a hysteroscopy and thankfully found nothing. She concluded that it may have been due to my thyroid medication being off (dose needed to be upped) but couldn't be sure. Either way, she suggested the mirena would help but then the problem resolved itself. She actually said that bleeding after sex is very common and they usually never find the cause, but obviously it needs to be investigated nonetheless.

Hope this helps op I know medical anxiety is no joke Sad

It might just be an abrasion. The cervix can be very sensitive. Try not to worry unless you have to Flowers
