i need a combined wrist strap / glove-type thing that will both support my wrists and stop my (sweaty) hands slipping during yoga. i’m can’t find exactly what i’m looking for online, so can anyone recommend something please?

They do something like that for pilates.

A lot of people buy the chalky stuff that climbers use. Not sure about wrist strap though.

@deste - not a bad suggestion but i don’t want to get chalk all over my mat/myself. i’ve found wrist supports online and grippy gloves too but nothing that does both and is ideally also ventilated /breathable - maybe i’m asking for too much!

The slippy hands issue might be solved by using a different yoga mat. I have two different mats and I only find my hands slip on one of them, the second is more textured and is non slip

A good yoga mat will solve the grip problem - then you can just buy a wrist support?
