Clothes for larger lady

I am 24 to 26 size and 43 years old.

I currently shop at Yours, Simply Be, JD Williams, Evans etc but I'm fed up with the quality, things tend to shrink, lose shape, fade etc and some of the designs or colours are a bit too brash.

Where do larger women buy clothes please?

I've bought quite a lot from Simply Be over the last 2 years, and barely any of it gets more than 2/3 wears before it has bobbled, stretched or shrunk to barbie size. I've just closed my account as I'm fed up with the terrible quality. Yours Clothing is just the same and Evans.

Seasalt is OK but also tends to fade/bobble very quickly, and I only buy during their sales for that reason.

Peter Hahn sells really nice designer stuff, some old lady to be fair but a lot of younger too and their sale section is always worth a browse. I've got lots of my smarter work clothes from there. Navabi is similar - again their sale section always worth browsing. Studio 8 plus size is really good quality, sometimes Elvi too although they've gone almost too young for me.

Same here. Evans and Yours are the same. A few wears and a couple of washes and their clothes look awful. Total waste of money.

Quality has gone down hill in Evans especially. I have a few knitwear & jersey items from there that are still going strong 15 years on!!
However, the jumper I bought at Christmas has just been put in the charity bag.

Definitely try Snag tights, great quality and they fit soooo well! Easy way of brightening up outfits too.

My Dd2 buys from Matalan online and in store. They often have sales. Also she has been buying nightwear, underwear and leggings and t-shirts, long sleeve jumpers from Primark. Size Xxl seems fine she is 6ft tall and a size 24/26 .
