What would you put in Room 101?

Me - printers. I work from home and they are the bane of my existence. They never work properly. Last one kept jamming and I threw it across the room in a fit of pure rage. Current one is supposed to be wireless but it won't connect to the network for some reason and even when wired in it's not working. Ink is so expensive too. Hate the things!!

Dog onesies!

BecauseReasons · 07/03/2020 14:11

Idiots that park opposite junctions. Loads of them around our way- absolutely must park directly in front of their own front doors, to hell with the highway code!

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 07/03/2020 14:14

Coronavirus threads.

OhioOhioOhio · 07/03/2020 14:15

Blurpblorp · 07/03/2020 14:16

Frickin toilet cubicles that aren't long enough and you have to practically mount the bloody toilet in order to close the door. Oof they make my blood boil...

SnugglySnerd · 07/03/2020 14:17

Tights.
Dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs/let their dog jump up on my terrified dd whilst saying things like "he's so friendly he loves children". Fuck off.

SnugglySnerd · 07/03/2020 14:18

Yes to the toilet cubicles too! Totally agree.

thebear1 · 07/03/2020 14:18

Wire coat hangers and those fluffy slip on shoes that have been in fashion. Oh and nits.

TeacupDrama · 07/03/2020 15:42

background music, I'm moderately deaf and it destroys any chance i might have of joining in conversations in cafes restaurants etc

people who ask you a specific question but either don't wait or don't listen to answer and then ask you again about 5 minutes later ( looking at you DH)

Reginabambina · 07/03/2020 15:43

@OhioOhioOhio lol, yes! And the NHS

CampfireZen · 07/03/2020 15:55

Pens which are unpredictable.

They're not empty, you'd feel wasteful for binning them just yet, sometimes the ink flows just fine...but when you desperately need to jot down list details, or write something neatly and smoothly, they turn all scratchy and faint.

Gah!

BlackCatSleeping · 07/03/2020 15:57

Harry and Meghan. I'm so so bored of hearing about them.

fiddledefiddle · 07/03/2020 15:58

All of the CV threads.
Bin bags which are impossible to open.
Our neighbour's yappy dog.
OPs who post a parking thread without a diagram.

Graphista · 07/03/2020 16:41

Unnecessary software updates! Sick to the back teeth of this!

Aligned with the above - planned obsolescence - google it you'll be incensed

Noisy selfish neighbours.

Panic buyers

People who don't have good personal hygiene - things like corona virus would be less likely to spread but just generally selfish stupid behaviour really.

I could go on all day to be honest!

AgentCooper · 07/03/2020 16:44

I came here to say Coronavirus threads but I see I’m not alone!

I’m putting in Coronavirus supermarket ransackers.

The Silver Cross five point harness.

Shitting useless FirstBus Glasgow.

Sausagewrole · 07/03/2020 16:49

Selfies

The endless, endless practise of taking photos of everything that has infiltrated every event, tourist attraction, concert, work event.. just look at things with your eyes, actually experience it, and remember.
