Front-fastening strapless bra

I'm due to have shoulder surgery in a few months. I'll be living in my jammies for the first wee while, but I'll need to get dressed sometime.

Can anyone recommend somewhere I can get a strapless front-fastening bra? Not bothered about colour or style. I just want something I'll be able to get on.

Can you buy a back fastening bra and put it on backwards to do it up, then turn it round?

Unfortunately not. I'm not going to have the strength to do that.

Would a bikini top work? Rather than a proper bra?

I found this that has a side fastening. A front fastening, strapless bra doesn't seem to exist!

Would these be any good? I know they're not strapless but might be ok if you're able to get pjs on.

Or search multiway front fastening bras - the straps are removable on this one but it's not advertised as strapless.
