Anyone else got one?

Love her to bits, but dear god, I'd like to turn round, just once, and not find her standing right behind me! She can appear to be fast asleep on the sofa and yet, the minute I stand up to go for a pee or into the kitchen or anywhere, she is up, following me.

It's like having a cross between a toddler and a really determined stalker. She has to lie, touching me at all times, on the sofa, and I'm trying to work on my laptop! If I move to the table, then she climbs up on there to lie on my mouse hand. I refuse to shut her away, but...ffs!

We ran for over five miles this morning, we've had two subsequent walks. WHY WON'T SHE JUST GO TO SLEEP AND LEAVE ME ALONE!

Anyone else?

She's a good girl, my terrier, not barky at all and will travel in the car no problem, she's not destructive, I can leave her, all the Good Dog things, but it's just so tiring having a velcro dog! Always the following and the touching and the nudging, it's like when the chldren were babies all over again. My other dogs were always content just to know I was in the room, they didn't have this obsessive need to know where I'd gone ALL THE BLOODY TIME!

I just don't want to have to explain to my agent that THIS is why my submission is late...

Ah but look at that wee face. 😍

She just loves you and you are everything to her.

She's standing on my shoulder now, like a fucking furry parrot.

It's a good job I love her, demented though she drives me!

I've got 2 spaniels. I can't remember the last time I had a wee with the door closed......... they both sit whimpering the other side of it if I do.

I don't even get any peace at work - they come to work with me and both have to come into the toilet Hmm as I can't wee with the door open there Grin
