Hi all, I'm a business project manager recently appointed Product Owner for the biz area I represent. Love the work but need to gain knowledge and skill on the tech side to enable me to better contextualise the feedback I get from the IT squad I'm working with, so I can challenge around estimates, timeframes, alternative solutions etc. My expertise currently is in the operational function I represent within a traditional professional services sector. Our biz is keen to adopt new technology for service delivery and the "automate everything" approach as far as possible.
I don't need to become an SME but can anyone suggest training, certifications, book, blogs etc that would be a good entry point? Happy to start at the "tech for dummies" level
. My boss is encouraging my education so there is some training budget to spend.
Thanks!
