Can anyone please help me understand whats going on.
In February I had a mc at 8 weeks and had the operation on the 14th. I've been checking to see if I was ovulating for last week and a half and they were all negative. Then 2 nights ago I woke up having hot flushes and noticed my cm seemed to have changed slightly so did a test that evening and it was negative. I tested again this morning and got the big smiley face. I was delighted as I thought I wouldn't ovulate this month as it had been 20 days since my op. Not sure why but I've done another test tonight and it's negative again. I'm now confused. Is it likely to have been a false positive?
I'm just so desperate to get pregnant again. I'm 34 and am convinced I can hear my biological clock ticking.
