Chicken pox

Posting here for traffic as I’m at my wits end. DD 7 has chicken pox, she’s had a temp since Saturday night, spots didn’t come till Monday night, last night she just couldn’t get comfortable and kept the whole house up and now she’s still irritated, she has a sore throat aswell. Luckily I’m off work tomorrow (my mums been looking after her as I only work 4 hours per day) we’ve smothered her in calamine, she’s had an oat bath earlier which helped her for the most part, also given her carpool to curb the temperature. Ds12 had them when he was 6 months old but literally only had the spots nothing else. Anyone got any advice they can share because I’ll take anything right now.

Virasoothe or Poxclin can help.
Antihistamines can help with itching.

NO ibuprofen or aspirin.

Another vote for Poxclin.
