It's on BritBox

I loved Spitting Image. It's got a lot of potential given where we are at the moment. Just a shame it's on BritBox. I have enough streaming services at the moment!

Oh fantastic, the last few years' politics and politicians have been crying out for Spitting Image!

(I have no idea if I get BritBox though.)

I loved this as a child. Highlight of my Sunday evenings.
Not sure if I get Britbox...

You have to specifically subscribe to Britbox, it's online only as far as I am aware.

Thanks. Looks like it's £6 per month and as I have Netflix not sure I can justify another.

God I loved the politician puppets so much. I was 11 when it aired and I knew who all the key players in parliament were because of the show.

Did I hear on the radio that the BBC have commissioned it for Britbox?

Why didn’t they just make it for the BBC?! You know, the channel we pay our license fee for?

I think it's a joint ITV / BBC production - and they both run Britbox.

If it was just BBC, then it should be on BBC.

I have just done the 30 day free trial if britbox and found it quite rubbish in terms of content- think old Agatha Christie films and only fools and horses type stuff.

Basically stuff that used to be on iPlayer and itv catch up that I had already watched if I'd wanted to!

Also the app never remembered where I was in a programme so sent me back to the beginning of the programme every time.
