Milk allergy eczema

Any advice on which products best to use for eczema related to .milk allergy including washing detergent? We've just started on sma althera so hoping it helps but his skin is so dry and sore, thank you!

What emollient are you using on his skin? We use epaderm ointment many times a day, and dermol 500 as a soap substitute in the bath.
Fairy non bio sensitive or Ecover Zero work best as washing powder. Make sure you run an extra rinse and don't use fabric conditioner.

We are just using double base and oilatum in his bath, thank you for advice will try them out
