I have a 5 month old little girl. She was sleeping through the night till she got to about 4 months and since then she wakes every night without fail between 230am and 330am and is wide awake. She is not hungry, doesn't actually cry just sings grunts and will eventually get upset if she doesn't get any attention. I've tried everything. She has a bedtime routine, white noise, sleeping bag so she isn't cold, nightlight so room isn't totally black. Has anyone had similar experiences and would did they do?
