tesco login problems

Since yesterday when I try to login on my phone it asks me to tick"I am not a robot box" but there is no box. Managed to login fine on dds computer, anybody else having this problem?

It kicked me out of the Pay+ app today, said I'd had a new phone - I definitely hadn't!

I just had to reset my password but hadn’t put it in wrong I don’t think. Made me a bit suspicious!

I have had serious problems with Tesco online shopping today. I phoned them and they told me not to use Firefox (which is what I always use) as their system would not accept it. I was told to download Google Chrome which I did and it still didn't work. I ended up using Microsoft Edge which did work for a short time - but now that won't work either. I did criticise them on Twitter and told them to sort out their IT problems or I would shop elsewhere

I had the 'I am not a robot' message on Chrome yesterday, but only after refreshing the page. After that, everything was fine.

I had an email from them to say someone had attempted to hack into my clubcard account so now they have blocked me while it gets sorted. The email recommended i change my email address

I tried to pay with my tesco plus app yesterday but it kept saying I had the wrong log in details. I then got an email today apparently from Tesco saying they'd stopped fraudulent access to my club card vouchers so they immediately blocked my account and that alongside a new clubcard number, I'd have to reset my password. I'm going to ring them tomorrow to see if it's a legitimate email.

I had the email about fraudulent activity too. I don't even use it.

It seems a legit email but I must say I'm not very good at spotting things like fraudulent emails!

I had the email too about fraudulent activity on my account, new number being sent and was kicked out of my shopping app! Email you seemed genuine but I'm not certain!

Okay, a quick Google search clarifies it was legit. 600,000 customers affected apparently

Same email,
Didn’t click the link just went straight to Tesco’s website and it asked me again to change password as the account had been locked out. Must be something going on.
