RAC complaints

Can anyone please help with the email address for CEO of RAC insurance.

Their service is poor and you can only complain via their online complaints form, which they don’t even acknowledge.

Any help gratefully received. (It would also stop DH, who refuses to do any paperwork from whinging)

I've had to use them 5 times over the last few years. They've been amazing everytime. Couldn't fault them.

I don't but I second the appalling customer service - ended up moving to a local firm and they are so much better.
Got absolutely no where with their customer service teams - utter crap.
