Yes I know I should be judged for buying it at all but I can't be bothered to make it for one person and it's my go to comfort food

Mac and cheese with a date of 28 Feb. It's been at the back of a mostly closed fridge. looks and smells fine

Yeah I would. But I have shockingly low standards...

Spied · 02/03/2020 19:59

No, I'd not risk it.
Love macaroni cheese and if it made me ill it would put me off for life.

MarieKlepto · 02/03/2020 20:03

I would but I pay absolutely no heed to the dates and go by look and smell. Never made myself ill (but will admit I'm veggie so may not be so laissez faire with meat/fish/poultry).

The microwave has pinged i'm going in. I'm tired and it's been a long day, might give it an extra 30 seconds to make sure it doesn't kill me :)

Yes. Absolutely.

WineIsMyCarb · 02/03/2020 20:08

Eat it. It's had a good blast of radiation now!

Crinkle77 · 02/03/2020 21:28

It'll be fine. If it had meat in it is say no.

Waterandlemonjuice · 02/03/2020 22:00

I’d eat it

BlackeyedSusan · 02/03/2020 22:29

Ah yes, the extra second to be sure.
Today I would eat it. Tomorrow maybe not.
