If you look on money saving expert website Martin Lewis has a list of insurers and info regarding which ones would cover

I had a look at travel insurance the other day and found that a load of companies were basically not offering policies at the moment. I assume because of the rise of Covid-19.

I also assume a pandemic would be classed as an Act of God and therefore not covered by a lot of insurers, however I often use Direct Travel as they specifically do cover many acts of God.

This is helpful

Co-op, Direct Line, Leisure Guard, Nationwide, Planet Earth and Saga told us ALL customers would be covered for cancellation (in fact, Direct Line and Nationwide told us you'd be covered as long as there was an advisory in place 28 days before travelling).
