Character bed covers cotton/polyester

My 4year old would like character bed clothes however anytime I search for Fireman Sam, Thomas Tank or Paw Patrol, most of the duvet covers/sets are 100% polyester or 50/50 polyester/cotton. To get 100% cotton the suppliers are charging in excess of £60 per set. My son has very sensitive skin and 100% polyester just makes him itch which is why 100% cotton is preferred. Does anyone know a supplier that does 100% cotton character bedsets for a reasonable price? I have never tried 50/50 bedclothes - do you think this would be ok?

Sorry, we had to accept that the children wouldn't have character duvets! My ds and DD cant tolerate anything not 100% cotton because of their eczema.
Can you put a wallpaper border, rug, posters etc instead?

I understand your reluctance to get even 50% polyester bedding, I think it’s grim.

This one is 100% cotton.

It’s also worth having saved searches on eBay, for different character bedding sets. There are cotton ones available, and they’re not all extortionate (though the £10-£15 ones are all pretty much polyester).
