I know it is a small m and no capitals but what about !
do I need to include any !

Shold it be

!Hola marzo or is
Hola marzo

Why do you want to say that, is my first question. I guess hello is usually an exclamatory statement so yes go ahead and use the exclamation point. Just remember it goes either side ....
