How are you spending your Sunday afternoon?

My husband is working on his car so I'm currently sat down with a cuppa watching shrek. I've watched a film, played on Xbox, done laundry and now debating what to do next 🤔

Currently lying in the bath having just got back from running a half marathon. Will start a roast dinner soon and watch Last Tango in Halifax later.

My only day off this week but it’s been wonderful!
3 loads of washing done, stripped the beds.
Aldi shop for the week, (meal planning)
Lots of diy jobs done for my mother this morning.
Cleaned the living room, visited family for a coffee and just froze my tits off at the park for 30 mins with ds.
Going to clean the bathroom in a minute while dh makes a shepherds pie for tea.
Think I’ll have a bath later.

Lovely productive Sunday.

I've just been painting the kitchen and now I'm sat having a cup of tea and biscuits. Ds is watching YouTube and dh is out biking up a mountain somewhere.

Oh and now in the 4th load of washing. I really try to get it all cleared before the weekend, I don't know how a family of 4 can possibly use so much stuff in 2 days. Need to give the dog a bath but really can't be arsed.

Did a cooked breakfast for lunch, quick trip to Waitrose as had a 20% off voucher and now eating the carrot cake we bought with a cuppa. And bought pies for dinner so an easy one tonight! Probably be asleep shortly...

Finally done the ironing, took me and hour and a half..
Cooked dinner, did some budgeting and determined to stick to it.

Have been to the Garden Centre for a friends birthday present, popped into Tesco on way home. Just finished giving the children dinner, about to hang up the washing to dry and tidy kitchen.
Having a quick look at the phone whilst eating a doughnut and trying to avoid eating the strawberry Sundae Tarts I bought for tomorrow which are calling me

I've been watching series 1 Last Tango in Halifax. In my defence I'm resting after an operation last month.

We took the children to the garden centre for cake and a drink and a look around and they’re all watching Bedtime Stories while I’m going laundry and playing on my phone x

I've done 7 loads of washing today and cooked a roast dinner. Had a long soak in the bath while the toddler naps and the teenagers ignored me! Was so relaxing. Now I'm being moaned at to feed the teenagers again! It never seems to stop in my house lately

House has just gone up for sale so productive day doing some sorting outside. Walked dog, did big poo pick in garden, dismantled top part of trampoline, finished clearing the shed, bagged some leaves, cleaned chickens out, went to pet shop for supplies, bathed dog at diy dog bath at pet shop, emptied bins ready for bin day, stripped DSs bed and have done 3 loads of washjng, pegged out and managed to dry towels outside , now lying in exhausted heap with dog and trying to get the energy to make a shepherds pie for dinner! Glass of wine and chill tonight definitely.

Mixed. Cleaned out fridge. Cleaned out kitchen cupboards. Had sex (not in the litchen)!

Have finally managed to get all the chores done. Sunday is never a day of rest (swimming, food shopping, uniform ironing, washing, car litter tray, batch cook for later in the week)

DP took the older 2 out earlier... they've been to the woods, the park and now off to Nandos for dinner. As everyone else has eaten I may treat myself to a Thai later?

DP and I are going to watch American Made after kids go to bed.

Took DD to trampoline park this morning, then home for lunch. Went to local hospital to get suspect mole removed from back of my knee. Limped home to take over child-wrangling while DP had a break. Holding out for bedtime, so we can relax on the sofa and watch something frivolous!

I’m currently sat down with ds2 fast asleep in my arms after refusing to be put down for a nap all day
He’s going to be a bugger to get down at bed time.

Ds1 has been sent to his room for being naughty, dh is upstairs putting washing away so I’m just enjoying the 5 minutes peace and quiet.

Sitting on the sofa, drinking tea, knitting and watching the entire series of Cranford on UKTV Drama.

Completely rearranged the downstairs of our house with DH while DC chased each other upstairs then I went to Tesco for some carpet cleaner (exciting) we had lunch, kids watched Smallfoot, DH did ironing, I listed stuff on eBay. Just had an early dinner, kids annoying each other, DH in bath then I'm going for one. Once kids in bed we're watching dancing on ice semi final and then I'm off to bed early. Feel like crap!

Very lazy, did lots of washing this morning but have just been reading the paper and all of the supplements with football on in background. Will be cooking Moroccan Chicken for dinner.
I usually go out for a walk but just couldn't be arsed today despite a bit of sunshine.

Did a 3 hour training walk for London to brighton ultra.
Took my 2 youngest boys out to the park on their bikes, stopped in Costa for a treat on the way home.
Made a roast dinner, then did face masks with my 14 year old dd, and nit long had a soak in the bath.
Dh did some house work and washing while I was out this morning.

Did some housework this morning and meal prep for week ahead. Long walk along the was marina and park today with DH. Cooked a roast, teenagers homework and gaming. Lying on the sofa with the cat and a wine watching This Life

Met up with some Mum pals and our kids, had a roast dinner, and going to watch a movie with DH once our DD has gone to bed. We are both off work tomorrow, happy days 🎉

Have done a lot of listings on eBay, nice walk down the Thames, jointly cooked a roast chicken and now enjoying a glass of wine, very chilled...

Did food shop this morning, hung washing on line, made avocado on toast with poached eggs for lunch, dropped DD off with friends, went to pick up something from a friend, prepped fish pie for tomorrow, made apple crumble for dessert, mum popped in for a cuppa, made sausage and bean casserole for dinner, picked up DD, put a load of laundry away, ironed uniforms for this week, tidied kitchen, scrubbed the carpet as Dcat had missed the litter tray.

I'm sure Sunday used to be lazy.
