Recommendations for special holiday

Looking for a special escape for next year to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children age 8 & 5. Needs to be hot! Maximum 10 hour flight and not lying at a pool all day. Have enjoyed Disney World last year and booked again for this year and not ruling it out as love the adrenaline rush and variety but there is a whole world out there to travel. Need inspiration!

South Africa - slightly longer than 10 hours but you can go overnight. Cape Town is beautiful and fun to explore, lovely vineyards, surfing, wildlife and safaris. Something for everyone and beautiful weather almost all year round. Would highly recommend!

Iceland was stunning, though probably doesn't tick the warm box! Unless you count the thermal springs and geysers
