Tell me about your coffee machines

I have some money that I can treat myself with and I have decided I would like a posh coffee machine. I'm not too keen on the ones that use pods (single use plastic and all that). I know nothing about what coffee machines are available so tell me about yours, if you like it, and any pros and cons. Brew

@Beetie1 We only grind a small amount at a time. It is fine for the rest of the day but after that it really does start to lose flavour. I always thought this was coffee snobbery but then I bought a bag of the beans we use in the grinder and had them ground to make cold brew with and the flatness after a few days was a real surprise to me! You just get used to the grinding tbh and it really is so superior that it is worth it.

@ZoomFatigue I am trying but failing to respond to your message, so hope this finds you - mine is the Aroma Signature Deluxe model 1007-02 and I am still very happy with it.

I have a De Longhi bean to cup, we order decaffeinated beans online so we can have late night coffees, they are ridiculously expensive but make lovely coffee and I never have caffeine after 6pm and I just can’t sleep if I do.
