My husband and I want to take our daughter, who is a teenage wheelchair user with learning disabilities away for a few days in the summer. Our standard trip is Disneyland Paris, which really works - it’s accessible, fun and just easy. Does anyone have any other suggestions for a change? We need an accessible hotel room or apartment, swimming ideally and activities she can join in with. We have a generous budget - £4K for 4 days for the right trip. Happy in UK or abroad, but only direct flight as we’ve lost the wheelchair at changeover before.
