Hi, I was recently diagnosed with asthma at the age of 40. In insight it started a few years ago during pregnancy. Do you use as asthma app? Do recommend any? I am a bit wary of them as they don't explain how they make their money or how they use our data... But I don't know where to start and the structure and guidance if an app seems useful. Many thanks!
