Or from other retailers where I can order online and they deliver.

I've been housebound for over 2 years (long story) and starting to need new clothes. I think I'm a size 18 at the moment. Primary jeans that's based on.

Mainly knickers - I like a full brief, all cotton and machine washable.

Dresses - easy to put on and take off, preferable longer sleeves, around knee length. Scoop or v neck

Leggings

Vest tops and tees - again scoop or v neck preferable.

Long sleeved tops but not jumpers

Cardigans.

I'm in a "sort myself out" mood trying to be more organised.

Everything needs to be machine washable and easy care.

Neutral colours mainly, though I also like autumnal colours

Graph I'm in a similar position but skint and have found the Amazon basics, shirts, ts, cardigans all to be acceptable quality and not much outlay.

I've found the bottom sizes true but the tops size up if you've got some knockers I think they forgot about chest sizing!
Free returns too.

I have several of these: www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B077XVJLVF/ref=cm_sw_r_em_apa_i_nu-vEbR2ZCD8X?tag=mumsnetforu03-21.

They seem a nice shape, very comfortable and easy to put on and wash ok although need an occasional de-bobble where my shoulder bag rubs under my arm and to the side of my bust.

Those amazon dresses are right up my street - basic style but look like you've made an effort.

Xxl = size 18?

TheQueef I am quite "chesty" no idea what size I am as stopped wearing bras ages ago I wear vest tops instead - because I can't get bras on and off any more no matter how I do it!

It definitely affects what size dresses fit.

Be aware then if you don't like the Barbra Windsor look Grin

Glad you like them. They were a lucky discovery for an unlucky reason as I needed something fast for a funeral (didn't originally realise I was expected to go with DH) and I was so pleased with the dress that I asked my mum and DH for other colours for Christmas. I also have a much more expensive similar one, Lands End Fit and Flare dress, but the cheapies are nicer. I'm not great with sizing but was lucky that a medium fitted really well on me. I'm a 30JJ in bra and usually buy a size 12 that is a bit snug on the bust but baggy on shoulders and waist as a compromise.

It's a great shape for a full bust as the front bodice is longer than the back due to the pleats so the waist sits in the right place rather than lifting up.

Krisp dresses, similar to the above, are also on Amazon and nice. Amazon also has delivers good brands like esprit, or even new look. I got some stuff from meraki brand that was great cotton quality.
